1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
As a consumer purchasing from us online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. Notification may be sent by email, post, or phone to the contact details in Section 5.
You may use the EU standard withdrawal form or provide any other clear written statement of your decision to cancel the order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact
- The original packaging must be undamaged and include all contents
- A proof of purchase or order reference must be included with the return
We are not able to accept returns of products where the packaging seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the product is defective.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply in the following circumstances (Article 16, Consumer Rights Directive):
- Products with a broken or removed hygiene seal that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
- Products that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications
- Products that have clearly deteriorated after delivery due to improper storage by the consumer
4. Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you, the consumer, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing or the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
5. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
If the return meets the conditions described above, we will process a full refund of the product price — excluding the original delivery costs — within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless you explicitly agree to a different method. No deductions will be made unless the product value has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
6. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will arrange at our cost:
- A replacement of the product, or
- A full refund including original delivery costs
We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect or damage before processing the claim.
